Although we offer several flexible payment options at Artistic Family Dentistry, you can also save on the cost of preventive care when you join our membership club. For a low monthly payment, you’ll get your twice-a-year dental exams and cleanings in the most affordable way possible. Plus, you’ll save on other services too.

Artistic Family Dentistry Membership Club Options

Adult Membership (13 and Older) $44.88/mo. (Save at least $210.44 a year!)

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
  • $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio Membership (Periodontal Disease) $63.98/mo. (Save at least $262.38 a year!)

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
